About Me
Im just a guy who loves to cook and got lost down a rabbit hole of youtube videos during COVID. I quickly fell in love with the idea of making my own tools for the kitchen. There is nothing better than having exactly what I want in a knife and knowing that I made it. I started making for friends and family, then for a few local chefs, and now for anyone and everyone.

My passion and focus (if you couldn't tell) is Japanese inspired designs.
I am also a lefty, which is why most of the single bevels you see are lefty.
Mission
My goal is simple: My next knife is my best knife.
Not matter how good I get in this hobby, never stop learning, never stop improving.
My Drive
My favorite part of making knives has quickly become the conversations I have with my customers. Learning why they love cooking, how they like to cut, even back stories for their material choices. I want to deliver a knife that will live a good life with its new owners and learning about my customers is the best part.
